This art is very special to me, Shuya Goenji from the anime Inazuma Eleven, made by Tenya Yabunoas he is my favorite character and that is why I carry his name with me. I tried to do something beyond what I normally do because I really wanted to do something incredible.
Process:
Firstly, I had this idea of making the art from a fish-eye perspective, a perspective that I don't normally work with, so I used some references from artists that I admire. Furthermore, I wanted to approach the fire in several different ways so as not to do something monotonous.
In the Painting part, I tried to compile all my knowledge in this illustration, using optical grays, the concept of yin yang for harmonization and contrast, in addition to the use of gradients. In this art I also chose to make shadows and lights with flat colors to refer to the anime. In addition to using as a reference the field in which the character uses the technique for the first time.
